Description

User research has shown that users are confused by the options for Extrapro registration vs Continuation in. We need to update this wording.

Current wording

under option 2 "For businesses that already exist outside BC"

  • "Register a business in BC that is incorporated in another jurisdiction" (Extraprovincial Registration)
  • "End business registration in another jurisdiction and transfer to BC" (Continuation In)

Research Findings

  • If looking for continuation in - Users hesitate at the description for Extrapro, thinking it might be that one.
  • Users are uneasy about the word End in the Continuation in description.
