Assumption: This will only cover registration completed post migration. In the transition period, review of date ranges is required. They may still need to run the process in the legacy and modernized system for one period.

Additional BA Task: Create task to look into account set up. API keys are generally issued to only PAD accounts. Is this available with a non-PAD payment account (e.g. EJV). Confirm against what is done for Ministry of Social Development and Poverty Reduction.
