MHR Qualified Supplier flows will be updated so that Laywers and Notaries, Manufactures and Manufactured Home Dealers may apply to become a Qualified Supplier online. Text and agreements on the CMS site should be reviewed and updates drafted for the "Use a Qualified Supplier" section

Initial draft of updates has been created and sent to Fareen for review. This will need to go to Sharon once we have cleaned it up a little (currently the changes are in track changes and are significant).
