MHR - Unable to complete Transfer Due to Death types

• Transfer to executor - Grant of probate with will

Steps to reproduce:

• Select a registration which has Sole owner (eg:107826)
• Select the transfer type as Transfer to executor - Grant of probate with will
• Delete the sole owner and add 2 executors without any groups
  When trying to submit I see the following error:

rootCause "detail:[Additional validation: More than 1 group is required with the Tenants in Common owner group type. ],message:003: Registration request data validation errors. "

• Transfer to Executor - Estate under $25,000 with Will

Steps to reproduce:

• Select a registration which has Sole owner (eg:107826)
• Select the transfer type as Transfer to Executor - Estate under $25,000 with Will
• Delete the sole owner and add 2 executors without any groups
• Click on the Review & Confirm screen
• "< Please complete required information" is displayed and stops user from navigating to the Review screen

• Transfer to Administrator - Grant of Administration

• Select the transfer type as Transfer to executor - Grant of probate with will
• Delete the sole owner and add 2 executors without any groups
  When trying to submit I see the following error:

Developer Note:
This ticket tracks an API bug for the edge case where a transfer is from a SOLE/JOINT tenancy type to NA where there are multiple executors/administrators, or trustees. There are 51 homes in this state in PROD.

@doug-lovett , For the 'Transfer to Executor - Estate under $25,000 with Will', this still blocks user from navigating to the review screen and looks like a UI issue, I will create a separate ticket for the issue and the remaining other transfer types looks good in DEV, thanks!!
