Download forms for Financial Institutions redireting to wrong site.

Describe the bug in the current situation
When the user files and pays for the Financial Institution and on the MBR page Download Form shows up but clicking the button doesnt download the form.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://test.account.bcregistry.gov.bc.ca/account/596/business'
2. Login with BCREGA001/98900001
3. Search for NR 4384068
4. Click on Download Form and see the error

I just tried this, and I was redirected to the "Forms, fees and information packages" page:
