UI Design - In Unit Notes allows submitting party to be 'same as person giving notice'

While entering unit notes staff enter the person giving notice on the first page (or specify there is no person giving notice). On the review screen they enter a submitting party. Staff have noted in most cases the submitting party is the same as the person giving notice. It would save time if staff had the opportunity to choose 'same as person giving notice' for the submitting party.
