BA wondering: Enhancement 2880 PAD sits for 3 days - What are we gaining out of this if we are not doing anything? If we are going to make it easier for clients why are we not allowing them to do it immediately. Travis corrected a past ticket by correcting the logic of the release days because it was 4 days instead of 3. Can we remove the 3 day waiting period?

PO confirmed that the three day wait period is due to legistlation
