Describe the Issue
Enable access to the AWS Canada West region from the landing zone.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Enable Access to Canada West for the AWS Landing Zone
  • Document changes to the SCPs - Team files - Ops Documentation

  • will be blocked until region enrollment for new accounts is included in the SEA state machine. Likely to be added in the next SEA release.
