Searching on previous names of companies

Note from a user via the feedback form:

Just a recommendation - include name changes too. I was looking for "Name D.H. KUMKA & ASSOCIATES LTD.", and could not find it at all. I searched for "Aspen Data" and found they changed their name. I had hoped to find would include both.

Ideas on how we can support that? Do we need a new concept that parallels "Archived" ("Historical") but for name changes? "AKA", perhaps?

Currently Topics are only indexed with their active names. To enable this feature we would have to reindex Topics with all associated named (historical or active).

I think we should consider this. @amanji could you arrange a meeting with @ianco and @wadeking98 to discuss and see if this is doable and what it would take. If too much work -- document the approach ideas and put in Icebox, if not, let's add it to @wadeking98 's list.
