Regarding Chinese translation #191
Comments
Initialize engine version: 2018.3.14f1 (d0e9f15437b1) |
I took a look at the trial. It seems to be using TextMesh Pro 1.4. I will probably try to generate a font for it, but you can see the required steps here: #182 |
I tried generating the font, but was unable to get it working properly even when using the correct version. Not sure what the cause of it is at the moment. |
Well thank you so much for your help! |
I met the same problem, but now I have solved it. Just replace the resources.assets file in the SamuraiVandalism_Data by this file. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1bFDjUprJ8Ekwz7atDA9IpkR48F9K0c-Z/view?usp=sharing |
How can I change the font in the resources.assets file? |
I‘m sorry about that I don't know how to change the font either. I just got the resources.assets file which make the program work from some others. |
The problem has been solved successfully! Thank you! |
I am happy this was resolved, since I am still unable to figure out why the fonts I try to generate does not work. Perhaps @mojunisme can share how he was able to generate assets that works with the game? |
When I translate ONEONE1 サムライヴァンダリズム, many words are translated as □, and the translation on the translation aggregator is normal. I have used arialuni_sdf_u2018plus and arialuni_sdf-u55to2017. When I use the 2017 version, it is the same as before. When I use the 2018 version, all words are translated into □. If you also have this game, I hope you can help me. Thank you!
