I wouldn't call this a bugfix - it's rather a change in the behaviour of the cop. (meaning - put it in the "changes" section). You'll also have to add your nickname to the bottom of the changelog.

It's common for rails view specs to be named
foo.html.erb_spec.rb. Currently, those files will fail this cop.
