Is it possible to combine warnings="all" with - directive

I would like to enable almost all the warnings, except for native-cc and native-java (it's unclear that those warnings are valid given bazelbuild/bazel#8746 (comment))

It looks like it's not possible to start with the all list and then add plus/minus operators, only from the default list (by only supplying +/- directives). Is there an easy way to accomplish what I'm trying to do, or any appetite to make this possible?

I second this request. Not being able to conveniently configure "all warnings except a selected few" is bothering me as well every time I setup buildifier in some project.
