Node Details (Stats) page [JIRA: RIAK-1733]

Feature request: Implement a Node Details (Stats) page, linked off of the Cluster Management page or the Cluster Snapshot page.
This would display as much detailed information about a particular node as we have available inside Riak (exposed via HTTP Status api and ‘riak-admin status’).
Preferential treatment (in terms of the UI) should be given to these stats: http://docs.basho.com/riak/latest/cookbooks/Statistics-and-Monitoring/#Riak-Metrics-To-Graph

• Separate by tabs or sections – FSM Times, Memory and CPU, Search stats (via riak_search_stat:get_stats()), Versions, etc
• Bonus feature – display tooltip/hover type explanations for what each stat means (pulled from the docs).
