Determine what overhead running Riak Control has on a node introduces.

I can run the perf suite against it with and without Control enabled, but I imagine it's going to get lost in the noise, and it'd have to wait until after 1.4 (would take about ~2 days).

Another idea might be to track the reductions that it generates on a long running cluster (it generally racks up more than anything else over time because nothing else in riak that does work tends to live a very long time) and then get an idea of how much calculation = 1 reduction. Then it's just a matter of reductions/time to get an idea of how much CPU it's using.
