Implement an MDC Replication page, giving MDC status and visualization of MDC connections (Enterprise only).

• Display whether or not Realtime and Full syncs are enabled.
• If realtime or full syncs are enabled per-bucket, list which buckets they’re enabled for

Realtime sync

• For Realtime sync, display stats/historical graphs of object queue size, dropped objects
• Display logs of which objects were dropped

Full sync

• For Full sync, display logs for when full syncs started and stopped

The major blocker here is to figure out how we can do conditional package building and dynamic addition/removal of items from the user interface based on which version you are running.
