Support for Query for Category/Tag List and autocompletion

It would be great to have an auto-completion feature for the categories, as described here:

I might give it a try someday, but my ruby skills are a little bit rusty. What do you think?

Thanks, @jpcaruana. That's a good idea. The control that's used for categories has support for autocomplete/typeahead so I could try adding this for servers that support it. I'm not sure how well it works on mobile so I would have to test, but in theory it seems like a good addition.
