Allow reduced specificity on Address fields

The problem (description, use case, screenshots...)

Sometimes, I want to provide a field where the user only specifies a City and State (or City and Country for non-US countries). An architectural project, for example, doesn't necessarily need a full address. Other times I might only need a State, or only a City.

The solution (that feature you'd like to see)

The ability to selectively enable/disable specific subfields of the Address field would solve all those needs.

Alternatives you've considered

Making a custom Craft dropdown field with 50 states. #yeahnothanks.

Thanks @proimage. I agree this would be a nice setting to offer. I can't promise a timeline but adding this to our list.

In the meantime, while it may not address the situation as nicely, there are plugins for States and Countries specifically for Sprout Forms:

It is on our list to update those to support Craft or add this feature to Sprout Fields at some point.

Need this too... Just added the field type and went to edit data and it wont let me save because I didnt enter an address line. sigh
