Dashboard improvements

This issue is tracking improvements that can be made to the Dashboard feature that weren't finished in the initial implementation in PR #570.

Describe the solution you'd like

• GNSS/SBAS - More detailed stats for each constellation, including counts of satellites with almanac and ephemeris data and used, Show "# Sats" in X/Y/Z format #365, Put tallies next to each item in the legend on Sky tab #438
• dual-frequency - including number of dual-frequency satellites in view and used - Add clear "dual-frequency support" label #265
• GPSTest score - Add "Dashboard" tab for showing GNSS feature support #313 (comment)
• Disagreements between GnssStatus and raw meaurements APIs for CF - see Mi 8 Beidou signal marked as B1C instead of B1I #538
• SafetyNet pass/fail - or some other way to tell if you're running an official build. See https://developer.android.com/google/play/integrity/overview and https://developer.android.com/training/safetynet/attestation#overview
• NMEA DTM offsets
• Should time sync use https://developer.android.com/reference/android/os/SystemClock#currentGnssTimeClock() and https://developer.android.com/reference/android/os/SystemClock#currentNetworkTimeClock() instead?
• Power savings enabled or disabled
• Force full measurements enabled or disabled
• GNSS measurement interval
• Unit tests
• Errors
  • Signal used in fix but no almanac or ephemeris
  • Need to update "Signal missing data" rules and description
• Create collapsable cards for all features/errors - this would show a summary at the top of the card with number of features/errors out of total (similar to the signal summary) and when tapped the card would expand to show the details. Think of this similar to how unit test passes/failures are shown in an IDE.
