Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
User has requested ability to write out the various new device capabilities that are submitted to the Device Database and in the feedback email to a log file:
https://groups.google.com/g/gpstest_android/c/cRs-smxwAJ8/m/ro_YZu6zAAAJ

This could be accomplished by adding them to the CSV log file header when available, in addition to the make/model/etc that are currently written.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add supported GNSS, dual-frequency support, ADR support etc. to the CSV log file

Describe alternatives you've considered
Don't implement in log file and just show in UI as discussed in #313
