Backups and restores are deleted via CR's deployed to an active cluster, which means they can only be deleted in case of an existing cluster. Should the user delete it directly from the bucke,t they will be deleted from Pipeline DB as well after next bucket sync, however would be nice to support deleting from bucket via API as well.
