Rename service resource methods to service remote methods

We want to have a new concept for service resource methods.

As a prerequisite for this, the existing service resource methods become service remote methods.

This is parallel with #559.

As part of this, we need to rename the current resource function attachment point to service remote function. I am using this rather than service object remote function because object would be redundant, and I want to keep the service attachment point as is, rather than renaming it to service object.
