Description:
This task is a sub task to the issue /ballerina-platform/ballerina-library/issues/4290.

Describe your task(s)

  • Upgrade Gradle version
  • Migrate the project to Java 17
  • Fix Spotbugs issues
  • Upgrade the APICurio version
  • Upgrade the project to Ballerina Swan Lake Update 09
  • Clean up dependencies
  • Copy an executable distribution to the target directory for easier debugging
