Fix Twillio, Candid, Github and ASB connector build failures on SL update 9 #6347

Description:
Above mentioned connector daily builds started failing against 2201.9.0-SNAPSHOT nightly docker image and, therefore need to be fixed along with the release

Closing as the above fixes are merged, and the ASB failures are separately fixed along with the revamping effort.
