I have a vision of something a little more complex than git-chrono, that could be very useful for presentations or other kind of visual examination of the repository.
Imagine a window with two panes. On the left, a list of all the files/directories in the repository. On the right, the content of opened files (can be manually opened/closed as desired) and, because I'm a dreamer, the ability to do split-pane (I like viewing the test file and the code at the same time).
With arrows at the top or bottom, you can move forward or backwards through the commits of the repo and see how the chosen files have evolved -- and the repo as well, of course, since there's a directory listing on the left.
What do you think?
