Hi, im very interested in your project,and there also some question im gonna ask, first, i run the demo_pipeline.py, and there are no error or warning, and im wondering where are the output? is the demo_csv？how to use the hole toolbox if i want to segment the LV and RV?Can you offer me a demo? And i also reading your paper[1], you said you use the probabilistic label map and the manually annotated label map as the loss function, and there are no fumula in this paper and also have no segmented result, so im very expect you can offer me a segmented democase, and also im wondering how to judeg which is LV/RV and myocardium without groudtruth giving firstly in your modle training processing?
