This is an enhancement request.

I do a lot of testing in the Meteor framework and it's painful to restart the test process due to Meteor's relatively slow first build time.

It would be great to extend snapshot function to have this signature:

snapshot(value, updateNow)

when updateNow is true then handle as if SNAPSHOT_UPDATE=1

I believe this was present in the previous incarnation of this package.
