Option to store snapshots next to test files

Feature request

Since snapshot source is often required to understand properly written test it would be cool to enable storing both close to each other.

I want to propose adding an option that would generate snapshot file next to a given test file.

We have created a fork and added this feature at https://github.com/smartprix/snap-shot-it
It creates __snapshots__ dir relative to test files. Read how to enable it here.
Published on npm as @smpx/snap-shot-it

Also opened a PR first at bahmutov/snap-shot-core#208 but I don't think this is being actively maintained.
