I'd like to make a PR turning (a) Requires into weakdeps, ie Measurements and Unitful, and (b) when possible, deps into weakdeps, eg Distributed and RecipesBase.
Would such a PR be welcome?
And can it bump the minimum Julia version to 1.9 or 1.10 (current LTS), or earlier versions should also remain supported? I noticed that CI only tests on 1.10 now.

(a) yes for sure
(B) sounds like a breaking change, at least for Distributed, so that's likely a no for now.

Bump minimum Julia version to 1.10 is okay now.
