I'm not expecting any kind of "customer" support for free software, I was just wondering if anyone else had the same problem:

Can you provide more information about the OS and CPU? We have compiled the program assuming Windows 10/11 and AVX2 available CPUs. If you have a CPU without AVX2 support, please build the program yourself using the readme.

Yeah ... my CPU only handles AVX, not AVX2. Thanks for the response.
