Explicitly store the redirect URL

First see #1 and #2. Then, we need to catch the redirect and the new URL

So, @rduerr, do we need to handle these redirects as a new stub that obsoletes the original or overwrite (and lose track of!) the original or some wonky graph versioning thing?
