When we validate a quest and our inventory is full, the sound "failure" is not played.
When you validate a quest that cannot be validated because of a full inventory, a failure sound is played.

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour
When you validate a quest that cannot be validated because of a full inventory, a failure sound is played.
