Current Behaviour

During DK chain quest (phase 2), horses can be mounted also if players have not Grand Theft Palomino quest active.

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

Players should be able to mount the horses only if Grand Theft Palomino quest is active.

Steps to reproduce the problem

  1. Do the chain quest until The Scarlet Harvest.
  2. Go to Havenshire Stables.
  3. Target the horses.
