Conditions of satisfaction

• List all locations to update module name from azqs-module-project to you new module name
• Change registry root from uaz-web to az-digital under lando.yml
• Add or check is drush is installed (had to install manually)
• Include steps to add repo as a VCS composer repository in a website's composer.json file

I think we can add a step to fork under your own namespace, or your org's namespace, and allow transfer of repo to az-digital or another org later.
