Problem/Motivation

The speak:never CSS rule is getting flagged as invalid in Chrome, Safari, and Firefox due to an “Invalid property value”.

Proposed resolution

Remove the speak:never rule. The previous version of AZ Icons was using a font icon where icons were part of the content. The new icons are implemented as pseudo elements (which aren't read by screen readers), so the rule is redundant here.
