User profile not working in translated language

Hi, I wanted to thank you very much for this plugin, it fixed many issues I came into, but there is the profile problem, the translated version of BP profile is not working, but the members page work, Situation is:
2 Languages, English is default and Arabic is added.
Members (en) = أعضاء (ar)

website.com/members (works fine)
website.com/members/my-username (works fine)

website.com/أعضاء (works fine)
website.com/أعضاء/my-username (doesn't work)

Do you think you know why?

I just can advise. maybe its because of two different type of charsets in one string. I have to check this out and have to reproduce this.

No, I don't think this is the reason, as website.com/أعضاء works great.

I came into this error many times, if you please can check why. And can you advice us about the best Polylang settings that works with your awesome plugin? thanks!
