Added clarification to Tracer docs for
capture_methoddecorator, and how it can cause function responses to be read earlier than expected. This addresses potentially unexpected behaviours where functions return objects where reading the function response causes side-effects, such as file-like objects or the botocoreStreamingBody.Checklist
