We are seeing quite a lot of timeouts when publishing to maven central:

The timeout can be increased as described here:

fix(maven): maven central timeouts

Increase `stagingProgressTimeoutMinutes` from the default 5min to 10min since we are seeing quite a lot of timeouts deploying to maven central.
