[CLI] odd progress bar

When doing a "cdk deploy" we see this odd progress bar, notice that the progress stops half way step 2 of 5 but yet completed 100%, the progress indicator should be full (100%) not half rendered as show in the screenshot

Reproduction Steps

change code that will only alter one of the 'n' steps of your pipeline

What did you expect to happen?

a full bar when completed

What actually happened?

only half for the progress bar was showing as "completed"

@jpdup thanks for filing the issue. That CLI version in the issue report doesn't exist, can you update it to reflect the CLI version (can be found by running cdk version).

Are you noticing this behaviour on every deploy? I'm attempting to create a minimal repro of the issue.
Does that entail creating a CDK pipeline and then modifying one of the steps in it?

Is your deploy running in CI - I'm wondering if this issue is a duplicated by #8893

I no longer have this version of the cdk installed on my machine. I moved on to version 1.57.0
