Describe the issue

The cloud assembly schema switch to an externally published package in this PR #31064.

Unfortunately, even though my PR #30625 was merged before this change, I still had my PR reverted in #31065.

What is the process now to get changes in to the cloud assembly schema? I have a PR open cdklabs/cloud-assembly-schema#30 but it has been sitting with no action taken for weeks now.

I cannot find documentation explaining the contribution process clearly.
