Describe the issue

I noticed that there are several pages in the CDK v1 docs where the link to the equivalent CDK v2 documentation is broken.

Here below are some examples of links that should be fixed:

AWS Step Functions Tasks (CDK v1) 🡆 AWS Step Functions Tasks (CDK v2)
CDK Custom Resources (CDK v1) 🡆 CDK Custom Resources (CDK v2)
