The CodeBuild Project accepts a buildSpec that is currently modeled as an any, however the schema for buildspecs is simple enough that we can at least provide an interface to improve the IDE experience, and possibly also a builder library.

Bear in mind that we should also support specifying the buildspec file name as an option
