This looks awesome, thank you @daniel-ciaglia! The only thing I'm wondering are the RBAC settings. Did you test it and it works as expected? If you compare your cluster role with what we have in our cluster role you probably see what I mean: you don't have list and watch as allowed verbs defined and also no namespaces as resources.

Now there is a chart for fluent-bit in eks-charts repo which supports CloudWatch plugin.
