Before beginning to setup the EKS cluster you must first install the required command line tools. You will need to have Docker, AWS CLI, KubeCTL, EKSCTL and AWS IAM Authenticator installed to deploy Torch Serve to EKS. On an Deep Learning AMI Ubuntu 18.04 instance, this can be accomplished by the following:
