IAM Policy reference in cfn script is deprecated now #6

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
As per this link, there are some lambda policies that have been deprecated.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to '...'
Click on '....'
Scroll down to '....'
See error

When you try to launch the product from Service catalog, the cfn fails because the policy no longer exists.

Expected behavior

The cfn script should complete without errors
