some template (e.g. cloudformation/ds_admin_detective.yaml)
set Lambda runtime as python3.6 that is not supported causing the stack to fail during creation.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create stack using the instructions in README.

Expected behavior
stack is CREATE_COMPLETE successfully
