Upgrade orders sample application component to 0.8.1

What would you like to be added?

Everywhere the orders component is used should be updated to use version 0.8.1. This component is not currently used in any labs so it should be a matter of updating the files in:

manifests/base-application/orders

Then testing that the order flow works.

Changes to account for:

• Migrated to Postgres Link
• Re-worked configuration Link

Refer to updated sample application docker compose and helm chart for examples how do this.
