Enhancement Request: Auto Adjust and Format Cells

Is there any way in the code to get the spreadsheet columns all to adjust automatically when generating it? Also to have the cells that contain dollar amounts to be formatted with $ ?

I second the formatting of the cells to contain dollar amounts or even round to 2 decimal places. If it was just me receiving this report it would not be an issue, but others are receiving this as well and they are requesting this.
