5% Brine --> Per Liter; 950g chlorine free water, 50g salt without additives (sea salt, rock salt or kosher salt)
Sorry if this look pedantic (and likely is) but, in my opinion, this was better if written as 5% m/m. The rest of the line is fine except that per Liter does not makes sense to me as you are mixing using mass ratio and the volume of the solution could easily results less that 1 L (if i remember correctly, my chemistry is a bit rusty :-( )
I 'll try the sauce, seems tasty! :)

for what it's worth 1mL is basically a gram of water for all intents and purposes because that's basically the definition of it from the beginning. the real point is that a 5% brine is really salty for a brine and would not matter much either way.
