Struggling to get HyperHDR working

Hi I am struggling getting hyperHDR working with adalight and would appreciate some help. I think that my wiring is correct, I looked at the diagram, tested with WLED and my LEDs light up correctly. I have flashed the ESP32 with the firmware and I am powering it via micro USB.

For my set up I am using

• Raspberry Pi 4
• ESP32 (I tried both) MH-ET LIVE D1 mini ESP32 & ESP-WROOM-32 Development Board
• SK6812 LEDs
• SN74AHCT125N Level Shifter
• Power Supply
• Capture Card
• Version 20.0.0.0

CP2102 is not capable of 2Mb speed
