7 segment digit always on (shows an 8)

For a while, my display is showing a 8 on the 2nd digit starting from the left !
It seems that the whole digit is always on...

I've launched the example sketch and it's not working either, i've also tried to use another display, same thing, and using another ESP8266 board have not changed anything 😭

The 2 following images shows the example sketch running for the steps -1 and -999 :
We clearly see that the 8 is always here and override the digit that should be displayed !

If you have an idea of what could be wrong, i'll really apreciate some help on this !
